Angel L. Andaluz-Mercado, "Wichi"   7/23/1970 - 10/24/24

Born in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, to Luz Arely Mercado and Angel Andaluz Sr., Angel lived a life full of adventures and risks, race cars, loud music and mechanic tools. A personality larger than life, with a no-regrets motto, he enjoyed everything he did fully; may it be a challenging engine or a day at the racetrack. Married to Joanna Pagán for 24 years, he was a good father to Stephanie and Jan Patrick. Angel passed away peacefully in Ocala, FL on October 24, 2024 after a brief illness, surrounded by his loving family. He is greatly missed by his cousins, friends, sisters, nieces, nephews, coworkers, and the racing community he so dearly loved.
