In Loving Memory of Angel R. Mundo

 

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our father, Angel R. Mundo, affectionately known by many as “Mundo,” who passed away on September 18, 2026.

 

He leaves behind his children, grandchildren, extended family, and friends, each with their own memories of him and a place in the story of his life.

 

His life took many paths, and through them came a family that extends across generations. Among the greatest gifts we carry forward is the bond we share as siblings and the gratitude we have for one another. His legacy lives on through each of us, through his grandchildren, and through the generations still to come.

 

Mundo will also be remembered for his love of congas and music. The rhythm of his congas was something deeply his, a passion, a joy, and a part of his spirit that those who knew him will remember.

 

Today, we honor his life with love, grace, and gratitude. We remember the moments shared, the lessons carried forward, and the family that grew from his life.

 

Rest peacefully, Papi.

 

May your hands find the rhythm once again, and may your music continue to echo in the hearts of those you leave behind.
