Daisy Diane Stamper Obituary

Daisy Diane Stamper, known lovingly to family and friends as Daisy, passed away on May 4, 2026, in Ocala, Florida, at the age of 67.

She was born on July 16, 1958, in Tipp City, Ohio, and carried the values of her upbringing with her throughout her life. Daisy was a woman who lived with personality, warmth, and a spirit all her own. She was quirky in the best possible way, and those who knew her will remember her for the way she could bring a smile to a room simply by being herself. Her presence was memorable, her laughter was genuine, and her love for the people closest to her was unwavering.

Daisy found joy in the simple pleasures of life, especially those that allowed her to spend time with the people and activities she loved most. She loved to fish, and she found peace and happiness in camping and being outdoors. She also enjoyed playing pool and darts, where her competitive side and playful nature often came through. These interests reflected the easygoing and spirited way she lived her life. She appreciated good company, shared laughter, and the kind of moments that become cherished memories over time.

Above all else, Daisy loved her family deeply. She especially adored her grandchildren, and they were among the greatest joys of her life. Her love for them was evident in the way she spoke about them and the pride she carried in her heart. She treasured her role as a mother, grandmother, sister, and family member, and she leaves behind a legacy of devotion that will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved her.

She is survived by her daughter, Lindsey Stamper, and her husband, Richard Sigmon. She is also survived by her sisters, Tracie Lindon, Becky Howell-Griffith, and Cindy Smith, as well as her grandson, Dylan Stamper, and granddaughter, Olivia Edwards. Daisy was preceded in death by her parents, Logan H. Lindon and Earla Dean. Their memories remained close to her throughout her life, and she carried their influence with her in the way she loved and cared for others.

Daisy’s life was one marked by family bonds, personal character, and the kind of everyday joys that make a life meaningful. She will be remembered for her independent spirit, her affectionate nature, and the unique way she touched the lives of those around her. Her family and friends will hold close the memories of fishing trips, camping adventures, games shared at the pool table, and the many moments filled with conversation and laughter. These memories will remain a lasting comfort and a testament to the life she lived.

Though her passing leaves a deep sadness, those who knew Daisy can take comfort in the love she gave and the memories she created. Her family will continue to honor her by remembering her spirit, her humor, and her devotion to the people she held dear. Daisy Diane Stamper will be missed beyond measure and remembered with love always.
