Frank Thomas Tannahill, known affectionately as Frank by his friends and family, passed away peacefully on February 4th, 2024, in Ocala, Florida. Born on July 2nd, 1946, in the small town of Geff, Illinois, Frank's life was a tapestry of rich experiences and warm relationships that touched many.

Frank's early years in Geff laid the foundation for a life characterized by warmth, open-heartedness, and a knack for conversation that never waned. He carried the spirit of his hometown with him throughout his life, always ready to engage with a friendly chat or a humorous anecdote that would brighten someone's day.

His passing leaves a void in the hearts of his beloved children, Mike Tannahill, Cynthia Tannahill, Elizabeth Sowder, and Bonnie Tannahill. Frank's legacy will also live on through his adored grandchildren, Erich, Samantha, Wyatt, and Rainier, who will miss their grandfather's guidance and the gentle wisdom he imparted.

Frank was the cherished brother to James, Charles, Walter, Joe, and Earl Lee Tannahill, as well as his sisters Linda Humphrey and Lena Jackson. They remember him as a beacon of light within the family, always ready to lend an ear or share a laugh. Preceded in death by his parents, Ted and Loren Tannahill, and his brother Jerry Tannahill, Frank now joins them in eternal rest, leaving behind a family that was blessed by his presence.
