Gerard “Jerry” Sasso passed away on May 4, 2026, in Brooksville, Florida, at the age of 66. He was born on November 16, 1959, in Newark, New Jersey, and grew up in Iselin, New Jersey.

Jerry will be remembered by his daughters, Christina Tiplady and her husband, Tom, and Jamie Feehan and her husband, Brian; his cherished grandchildren, Kaelyn, Jack, Nicholas, Christopher, Anthony, James, and Rowan; his brother, Joseph Sasso and his wife, Daria; his nephew, Joseph Sasso; and his niece, Sofia Sasso and her fiancé, Madison.

He was predeceased by his beloved son, James Sasso; his parents, Joseph and Marie Sasso; and his brother, James Sasso.

Jerry found joy in fishing and spending time by the water. He had a deep love for music, enjoying everything from Garth Brooks to Guns N’ Roses. He also had a longtime passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles, whether riding them or working on them, and he appreciated the art of tattoos.

A celebration of his life will be announced at a later date.
