Mark Alan Webb, aged 59, passed away peacefully on December 8, 2023, in Silver Springs, Florida. Born on October 2, 1964, in Norfolk, Virginia, Mark was a man of exceptional intelligence and adventurous spirit, qualities that defined his life's journey.

A proud graduate of Old Dominion University, Mark earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering, a field where he excelled due to his sharp intellect and meticulous attention to detail. His professional achievements were many, but he found his greatest joy in the simple pleasures of life.

Mark was well known for his love of competitive rifle shooting, a pursuit that showcased his precision and patience. Friends and family often remarked on his natural talent and the playful, self-assured manner with which he approached each competition. But Mark's interests were not limited to the range; he was also an avid sports fan, enthusiastic about a wide variety of sporting events, embodying the true spirit of a sports fanatic.
