Miguel Angel Mercado Jr.,, passed away  on July 29, 2023, in Ocala, Florida. Born on December 11, 1981, in Miami, Florida, Miguel lived a life filled with love, laughter, and faith. A loving son, brother, father, and friend, Miguel’s outgoing  personality and love for life left a lasting impact on all those who were fortunate enough to know him.

Miguel was predeceased by his father, Miguel Angel Mercado Sr., and is survived by his beloved mother, Rosita Gonzalez. He leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter with his siblings Rosita Mercado, Angel Mercado, Wilfredo Mercado, Santiago Baerga, and Israel Baerga. His children Jesinia Mercado, Miguel Mercado III, Elijah Mercado, Noah Mercado, and Ethan Mercado were the light of his life, and he took great joy in their accomplishments and growth.

Miguel was a professional drywaller by trade and took great pride in his work. He was known for his meticulous attention to detail and his commitment to delivering the highest quality work for his clients. His dedication to his craft was surpassed only by his dedication to his family, who he loved deeply and unconditionally.

Miguel was a man of many interests. He was known for his outgoing personality and his goofy sense of humor. He had a unique ability to lighten any mood and bring a smile to the face of anyone he met. He was a joy to be around and his laughter was infectious. His love for life and his positive attitude were a source of inspiration for many.  His faith was a source of strength for him and he shared this strength with those around him. He was known for his ability to find the good in any situation and his unwavering optimism in the face of adversity.

Miguel was a loving, funny, and faith-filled man. His love for his family and friends, his dedication to his work, and his passion for life were an inspiration to all who knew him. He will be remembered for his radiant smile, his infectious laughter, and his unwavering faith. His spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
