In Loving Memory of Ramsey Phillip Lavigne 
May 7, 1995 - April 14, 2025 
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ramsey Phillip Lavigne, who departed this life on April 14, 2025, in Ocala, Florida, at the age of 29. 
Ramsey walked through this world with laughter on his lips, wit in his heart, and unwavering faith in his soul. Born in the sunshine of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, on May 7, 1995, Ramsey's time with us-though far too short-was filled with joy, purpose, and profound love. 
He is survived by his beloved long-term partner, Katlyn Jean Zirkle, and their precious daughter, Mayla Lavigne, age 3, who was the light of his life. He also leaves behind his devoted mother, Kandi Crossen (William); cherished grandparents, Robert and Diane Mahan; two brothers, Randie Lavigne of Saint Petersburg and Ryan Lavigne of Ocala; his only sister, Kathleen Cajamarca (Nicholas); along with loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and a large extended family on both sides. 
Ramsey was preceded in death by his father, Frederick Lavigne, and his grandmother, Mary Jane Mercier of Bermuda. 
Ramsey's early years were marked by an athletic spirit and a vibrant love for life. A standout soccer player, he brought tenacity and teamwork to every field he played on. That same energy carried over into his passion for skateboarding and, later, music. Throughout high school, Ramsey-often performing as "DJ Twist" brought life to parties and school events with memorable performances. His music became the personal soundtrack to countless moments, big and small. 
A proud 2013 graduate of Belleview High School, Ramsey went on to study at Tallahassee State College, majoring in Social Science and Paralegal Studies. He worked as a legal document preparer in the family business, where he was known for his dedication to helping others and his unmatched sense of humor. Clients and colleagues remember him as a passionate jokester with a heart of gold who could light up any room. 
Ramsey's most cherished role, however, was that of a father. The bond he shared with his daughter, Mayla, was immeasurable. He poured love, laughter, and life lessons into his family and friendships, shaping the hearts of those around him with his kindness and devotion. Though not without personal struggles, Ramsey's faith carried him through life's ups and downs with quiet strength and grace. He had a remarkable ability to lift others, always ready with compassion, a warm presence, or a kind word. 
As we gather to remember Ramsey Phillip Lavigne, we do so with both tears and smiles. His time with us may have been brief, but his impact was deep. His legacy lives on through his daughter, his family, and all who were blessed to know him. We say goodbye for now to a beautiful soul-a partner, a father, a son, a brother, a cousin, and a friend. May his journey onward be as full of light as the life he so deeply desired to create on this earth. Rest in peace, dear Ramsey. You are forever in our hearts.
