Tracy Allen Newkirk Obituary
Tracy Allen Newkirk, passed away on September 6, 2026, in Tampa, Florida, following a motorcycle accident. He was born on July 4, 1964, in Las Vegas, Nevada, and lived a life marked by strength, independence, and a spirit that never seemed to slow down. He was a devoted father, a proud grandfather, a beloved husband, and a man whose presence left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.
Tracy was the kind of person who carried himself with confidence and lived life on his own terms. He was quick-witted and possessed a sharp sense of humor that could lighten a room and bring a smile even in difficult moments. Those who knew him well appreciated his straightforward nature, his honesty, and the way he could make others laugh with his dry, memorable remarks. He had a gift for connecting with people, and his personality made him unforgettable.
A hardworking man throughout his life, Tracy was a longtime member of the Union 1 for Masonry for more than 30 years. He took pride in his work and in being part of a trade that required dedication, endurance, and skill. His commitment to his profession reflected the same determination that guided him in all areas of life. He understood the value of hard work, and he carried that work ethic with him wherever he went.
In his younger years, Tracy was a bareback bronc rider in the rodeo, a pursuit that spoke to his fearless nature and love of challenge. He embraced life with the same boldness that defined those early years, never shying away from adventure or the unknown. That adventurous spirit remained with him throughout his life. He loved riding his Harley Davidson and traveling with his wife, always looking ahead to his next journey and the next place to explore. Whether on the open road or simply enjoying time with those he loved, Tracy found joy in movement, freedom, and the thrill of what lay ahead.
Family meant everything to Tracy. He is survived by his children, Casey Newkirk, Cody Newkirk and his wife Chelsea, Austyn Newkirk, and Mackenzie Newkirk, as well as his granddaughter, Delaney Newkirk. He was proud of his children and deeply loved the family he helped build. His love for them was steady and enduring, and he carried their names and accomplishments with great pride. Tracy’s wife, Monica Lee Newkirk, passed shortly after him, and the bond they shared remains a meaningful part of the story of his life.
Tracy’s life was one of resilience, laughter, hard work, and adventure. He will be remembered for the way he lived boldly, loved deeply, and met life with humor and grit. His memory will continue to live on in the hearts of his children, granddaughter, extended family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Though his time on earth ended far too soon, the legacy he leaves behind is one of strength, devotion, and a life fully lived.
