Zachary Andrew Hall Obituary
Zachary Andrew Hall, known affectionately as "Zach" to his friends and family, passed away on the 17th of May, 2025, in Gainesville, Florida. Born on Christmas Day in 1986, in Hampton, Virginia, Zach brought light and joy into the world from the very start.
Zach's formative years were spent in the embrace of his loving parents, the late Terry David Hall and Alice L. Hall, whose guidance and affection shaped the wonderful man he would become. He excelled in his studies and went on to achieve a Doctorate in Pharmacy, a testament to his dedication and intellect. His professional life was marked by a deep commitment to serving others, which he fulfilled through his work as a clinical pharmacist for the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System in Gainesville.
A man of towering stature and an even larger heart, Zach was the epitome of a "gentle giant". His kindness, support, and love were the pillars upon which he built his life and relationships. Among his many passions, sports held a special place in his heart. An ardent NY Yankees fan, Zach's enthusiasm for the game was matched only by his competitive spirit. He cherished every moment spent cheering on his beloved team and engaging in lively debates with fellow sports enthusiasts.
Zach's competitive nature was always on display, whether on the sports field or in the countless games he played with family and friends. He was a fierce competitor but always maintained a sense of fairness and camaraderie that endeared him to all who knew him.
Above all, Zach's world revolved around his princess, his daughter Miss Kali Giselle Hall. Their bond was unbreakable, and she was the source of his greatest joy and pride. He instilled in her the same love for life and sports, and their shared moments will forever be cherished memories.
Zach's legacy of love and compassion is carried forward by his devoted wife, Kari J. Parker, who stood by his side through every chapter of their journey together. His brothers, David Hall and Matthew Hall (Shea) will remember him as a guiding force, a protective presence who always encouraged them to pursue their dreams. His sisters-in-law, Patrice Owens (Oronda) and Ariana Parker, as well as his mother-in-law, Patricia Stephens (Gregory), and God Parents Julie and Peter Weisel will miss his warmth and gentle guidance.
The light of his life, his nieces Brinkley Hall and Noelle Jones, and his nephew Ezra Owens, will hold dear the memory of their fun-loving uncle who could always make them laugh and feel loved.
Zach's passing leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew him, but his spirit lives on in the countless lives he touched with his generosity and genuine care. He was a man who lived with purpose, loved with all his heart, and left an indelible mark on the world.
As we bid farewell to Zachary Andrew Hall, we celebrate a life well-lived, full of passion, love, and kindness. He was a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend. His memory will continue to inspire us to embrace life with the same fervor and grace that he did every day. Zach will be profoundly missed, but the legacy of his gentle nature and loving heart will endure forever.
